Project combined two multi family houses into an eight units building, by adding two additional stories and using the basement to create a duplex for the first floor units.
Using the space between the two buildings for an elevator and two stairways, it allows to fully use the full foot print of the initial buildings for each floor.
The back of the building will allow for eight parking spots, one for each apartment.
The first floor units are four bedrooms duplex with three bathrooms ; the second floor units are three bedrooms with two bathrooms units, the third and fourth units are two bedrooms two bathrooms units. The top units will have their own rooftop space of almost 1000 SF each.
Each unit is a model of efficient urban living: efficient HVAC system, space and energy saving tank less water heater, custom designed kitchen and bathroom including quartz countertop, white oak wood floor, bathroom heated floors, Kohler faucets, sinks and toilets, Samsung stainless steel appliance packets.
